stayed at preston nashville airport and had a wonderful time. from the 11th floor, the view was gorgeous. the a/c kept the room quiet, and the water pressure in the shower was lovely. all staff were super kind and courteous. the hotel had an adorable vibe and the breakfast menu was surprisingly great. the prices were reasonable and the portions generous. a great place to relax before and after doctor appointments at vanderbilt.

It's a stunningly beautiful and clean hotel, rooms are reasonably spacious and well-designed. Staff is superbly friendly and you can park your car on site.

Dinner and breakfast food was good. The room was exceptionally clean and fashionable with a king bed and carpets cleaned, for example, at least for me. Particularly good and decent location close to the restaurant in the evening, downtown and further travel, and several tourist areas, I felt safe.

The bathrobe provided is an added bonus for ultimate relaxation. The spacious room was well-appointed and although slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable. The lobby and downstairs area have been modernized and offer a cozy spot for enjoying a cup of coffee or a relaxing evening drink. The staff, especially Katrina at the front desk, were incredibly friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist. The check-in process was quick and all questions were promptly answered. The hotel provided shuttle service within 20 minutes of our call, making transportation hassle-free. The hotel also offered helpful suggestions for nearby restaurants and activities to enhance our stay. an absolutely amazing experience!

I found that the mattresses may need an update as the one in my room, located on the 3rd floor, was relatively thin, and the coils could be felt. While the room had a charming framed photo of Dolly, the bathroom issues such as a squeaking bathtub were a letdown considering the room's spaciousness.
